I’ve spent 19 years leading through the toughest times in law enforcement, from COVID-19 and George Floyd to officer-involved shootings, recruitment struggles, and legislative battles. I’ve rebuilt partnerships, fought for behavioral health resources, and led high-risk operations that delivered results.
